SMS Terms & Conditions
Program and Operator
These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the Velocity Movers LLC SMS Program operated by Velocity Movers LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). When you affirmatively opt in, you agree to these terms and our SMS Privacy Policy. The program is intended for adults aged 18 or older in the United States with an SMS-capable mobile number.
Message Types
Depending on the consent you provide, messages may include promotional offers and information about our dispatch services, carrier support, load coordination and related logistics support. Separately requested service messages may include enquiry responses, quotation follow-ups, onboarding, load and schedule updates and customer support. Your enrollment disclosure identifies the message categories you agree to receive.
Consent and Enrollment
We send promotional messages only after obtaining your prior express written SMS marketing consent through a signup process that clearly identifies our company and the program. You may receive recurring marketing texts sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Providing a phone number, requesting a quotation, or consenting to email marketing does not by itself constitute SMS marketing consent. Website SMS consent checkboxes are optional and unchecked by default. SMS policy links and the program disclosure appear beside the signup controls. Checking an SMS consent box is separate from submitting an inquiry or accepting general website terms. We retain the applicable consent wording, signup source and timestamp to document enrollment. You must own the subscribed number or have authority to use it, and complete any confirmation required during signup.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on the subscription, campaigns and your interactions. Any stated frequency in your enrollment disclosure applies to that subscription. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge for sent and received messages or data according to your plan. We do not charge a separate subscription fee for this SMS program. Contact your carrier for questions about your plan or charges.
How to Cancel
Reply STOP to the number that sent the message to unsubscribe at any time.
After opting out, you may receive a single confirmation message. No further promotional messages will be sent under that subscription unless you provide fresh consent. If you have trouble unsubscribing, contact buisness@velocitymoversllc.online or 786 887 5036 and identify the subscribed number. To rejoin, complete the applicable opt-in process again.

Delivery and Carrier Limitations
Delivery depends on your device, carrier coverage and network availability and is not guaranteed. Messages may be delayed or fail to arrive. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program is not an emergency service. Notify us if you change or relinquish your mobile number so we can remove it from the subscription.
Privacy
Our SMS Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, retention, privacy requests and limited service-provider disclosures. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes and Applicable Rights
We may change or discontinue the program and update these terms. The revised date will appear on this page; we will provide notice and obtain renewed consent when required by applicable law. Changes will not enlarge the scope of your existing consent. These terms do not waive any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. SMS enrollment does not replace a separate agreement for purchased services.
