The work we perform depends on the written agreement and your instructions. We do not guarantee specific loads, rates, revenue, profits or uninterrupted availability. Descriptive website content does not replace a signed service commitment.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate business, equipment, availability and contact details, and timely instructions and approvals. You remain responsible for your own operating authority, insurance, safety, permits and other obligations applicable to your operations. Do not ask us to perform activities outside the agreed scope or applicable authorization.
4. Fees and Payments
Fees, payment schedules, any recurring charges and authorized expenses must be disclosed in the applicable quotation or written agreement before service begins. Contact our team about billing questions. Additional work or changes may require a revised agreement.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation procedures, notice periods and any refund eligibility are determined by the applicable written service agreement and applicable law. Review those provisions before payment. Contact us promptly to request cancellation or discuss a billing concern. These terms do not remove any refund or remedy required by law.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not use the website or our services for fraud, unlawful conduct, infringement, abusive communications, malware or unauthorized access.
